Well the last one i believe I can answer.Th Soul Reaver is usually known as the blood reaver before it takes Raziel into it.Janos refers to it as a vampiric blade and Raziel even makes reference to it...

In Bo1,Vorador had hooved feet, but in Sr2 and Bo2 he wore boots. That means hooved feet can fit in boots. The creators of Sr2 said the demon behind Dumah in the portriat was Raz, so that ends that....
